here is of the genus erigeron, of the family asteraceae.


i am getting conflicting input on which species this is: of marked difference is the color of the petals and the shape of the flower's face. as is apparent below, the face of this specimen is pronounced and dome shaped where as what i've seen the face of the genus erigeron is flat. hopefully i'll get some clarification on this.
